Campaigner for Leukaemia Care
You can learn more about the range of activities you’ll engage in as a campaigner for Leukaemia Care under the ‘Leukaemia Care Campaigner – What Does It Entail?’ heading or if you’re already committed to driving change, register your interest via the online form below.
At Leukaemia Care, we not only aim to raise awareness of the issues impacting people affected by leukaemia, we want to campaign to fix them too. Our vision is a future where everyone affected by leukaemia, MDS and MPN gets the best possible diagnosis, information, advice, treatment and support.
However, we can’t do it alone! We need our campaigner community to join us so we can influence change together.
Some of the things we are currently campaigning on are:
- Early diagnosis
- Improvements to cancer services
- Ensuring access to effective blood cancer treatments
As a campaigner, there are some very quick and easy ways you can help.
For instance:
- Writing to your MP to highlight key issues that leukaemia, MDS and MPN patients and their loved ones face
- Adding your name to a petition
- Starting community conversations – share with your network of friends, family colleagues and your local community the work that Leukaemia Care do
