Our helpline will be open until 12:30pm on Tuesday 24th December and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 9am. The last time a nurse will be available on the helpline is Friday 20th December between 9am and 4:30pm.
Our Patient Services inbox will not be monitored from 12:30pm on Tuesday 24th December until normal service resumes at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
The last date for processing Cost of Living fund and Counselling fund applications is Friday 13th December 2025.
